General Summary of Duties: Cannabis Express's dispatch team members are responsible for ensuring each customer receives outstanding customer service experience from the beginning to end of the process. This person must give every customer a positive and friendly experience over the phone. Providing assistance to all who need help facilitating the online ordering process. And making sure to do so with the highest level of customer service. We are looking for a self-motivated, hard-working individual who performs at an exceptional level during high pressure situations. Extremely precise and clear communication is a pivotal part for this role. While understanding and embracing the Mission of Cannabis Express, affiliate organization(s), and their role in the industry.
Job Location: San Francisco, California - 94105 - Local Candidates Strongly Preferred!
Supervision Received: Reports to Delivery & Dispatch Managers, with additional supervision and direction from On-Duty Supervisors.
Example of Duties (This list may not include all of the duties assigned):
Set-up and Process customers orders using POS and Routing applications, including but not limited to Greenrush, Tookan and WeedMaps.
Provide support for drivers who need assistance out on their delivery routes.
Log operational and tech issues.
Occasionally Package orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide exceptional customers service by phone, text, email, Slack and during and other interactions.
Develop and maintain rapport with our customers, partners and staff.
Ensure customers' concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently, and communicate customer requests and/or problems to a manager when needed.
Maintain a positive work environment conductive to trust and respect.
Maintain strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPPA guidelines.
Personal knowledge in various cannabis products. Preferred not required.
Available to work varied hours/days, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and/or events (Required).
The ability to make rapid decisions in a high pressure environment.
Excellent communication, social and organization skills.

Typical Physical Demands:
Work may require prolonged sitting/standing, some bending, stooping and stretching.
Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a motor vehicle and basic office equipment.
Requires normal range of hearing.
Requires healthy vision (aided or unaided) sufficient for safe driving with the ability to see color and adjust focus.
Requires lifting up to 50 pounds.
Typical Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a retail location, warehouse, in a motor vehicle and in public or at the homes of delivery customers.
The work environment may be semi loud, fluctuating temperatures. Involves frequent contact with staff.
Work may be stressful at times and may include dealing with difficult customers.
Available to work varied hours/days, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and/or events.
Hours of operation are anywhere from 9 am - 11 pm depending on your shift
Education / Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Retail, cash and customer service experience.
