South Central Dispensaries seeking Budtender with EXCELLENT customer service skills and a WINNING personality to join our team. Experience preferred. Applicants must be dependable, have great people skills, have knowledge of the industry, be self-motivated, organized and able to multitask for a fast paced location.
Job Type: PT - FT
Pay is Hourly 12-14 +TIPS
- Schedule would be consistent, but our shifts vary between 8:30am-12am, seven days a week.
- Open availability - MUST be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, evening, and holiday shifts
- Knowledge of rules/laws regarding medical and recreational Cannabis - 2018
ALL positions require the following:

• High school Diploma or equivalent
Manager:
• Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
• Managing budgets
• maintaining statistical and financial records
• dealing with customer queries and complaints
• overseeing pricing and stock control
• maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
• ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
• preparing promotional materials and displays
• Keep 1hr communication with home office
Budtender:
• Responsible for sales and customer experience by greeting customers warmly when they enter
• Maintaining a tidy, safe, and INVITING store environment
• Ensure the sales floor/stations are properly stocked
• Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures
• Maintain product knowledge
• Accurately use and maintain sales tally sheets and register
• Correct cash handling and discount application
• Verifying proper paperwork, documentation and ID for patients
Receptionist:
• Greet all patients with a positive and warm welcome
• Checking in Patients and verifying proper paperwork, documentation and ID for patients
• Accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles
• Accepting and sorting Mail
• Answering Phone Calls
• Daily Cleaning of Front Desk and Lobby
• Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OneNote), Google Drive and Internet Explorer
