Position Title - MMI Dispensary Manager
Job: Supervise the daily operations of an existing Los Angeles area Medical Marijuana Dispensary. Management role includes, but is not limited to Staff, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Inventory, Compliance, as well as Customer Education and Service. Company follows healthcare management model, operating under the highest standards of professionalism.
Reports to: Supervisor
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
As Store Manager; oversight all of current and future dispensary operations; store operations, merchandising, staffing, training, rewards, discipline, and evaluations. Oversight of procurement needs, products and supplies (containers, bags, etc.). Train, coach, and encourage success of Volunteers and Assistant Managers. Execute and enforce compliance of City and State regulations.
Oversight of in-store marketing. POS updates for Proteus420. Perform inventory audits, assessments of productivity, and of new merchandise. Scheduling for staff on a weekly basis including team member time-off requests to be shared with HR. Oversight of in-store maintenance. Perform audits for customer satisfaction, data performance and productivity, reporting, and visual assessments. Complete daily sales reporting for Proteus420 and oversee all other reporting. Training team members in excellent customer service and implement on all levels. Coordinate with marketing team on a daily basis to understand the success of promotions, coupon, etc. and to recommend future promotions and sales. Event coordination for in-store patient appreciation parties, holidays, 420, etc. Maintain accountability for all team members. Participate in ongoing education and professional development as needed. Daily correspondence via phone, text or email to Owner, MMI General Manager, and your Supervisor as needed. 40-50 hours/week is expected, but outside of that schedule (i.e. meetings, deliveries) might be required. Physical duties may be required including but not limited to; lifting and moving boxes, inventory, and/or equipment. Make sure that all operations of the stores run smoothly.
Must already possess or be able to qualify to receive a California Physicians Recommendation under Health and Safety Code 11362.5 as directed by the Compassionate Use Act of 1996. Must be 21 years of age or older, a California resident with no felony convictions and must have reliable transportation.
