We are seeking a Marketing Field Representative
Are you a self-starter with an undeniable entrepreneurial spirit? Our Marketing department is searching for a true go-getter to join our field marketing team. As a Field Representative, you will be responsible for educating cannabis dispensaries, clinics, and other cannabis business about Leafly's robust services, industry-leading content and our trend-setting events. While traveling throughout your assigned territory, you will engage with clients and ensure Leafly products and services provided to our clients are used effectively to enhance their ability to convert Leafly visitors to valuable clientele
This position requires someone who is energetic and highly motivated, with strong lead generation abilities to become an integral part of a fun and dynamic Marketing team in the rapidly growing and newly developing cannabis marketplace.
Roles and Responsibilities
•Serve as a liaison with the assigned territory sales team and Sr. Field Marketing Manager to ensure pipeline creations goals are met
•Help execute and maintain customer campaigns to generate leads, downloads and reviews
•Drive executing account based marketing strategy against target dispensaries
•Assist in the continued development and management of the clients to make outreach and maintenance more efficient
•Drive co-marketing activities with dispensaries to drive awareness and revenue
•Required to service 25-30 dispensaries a week
•Liaise on customer interactions and maintain relationships with dispensary budtenders and managers
•Manage programs for sales and directly to customer as needed
•Measure the impact of customer marketing activities on customer growth, retention and financial outcomes, and communicate these impacts within the organization
•Maintain expert industry knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
•Participate in evening and weekend promotions and assist with special events as needed
•Complete daily account visit reports, monthly expense reports and other surveys and reports as required.
•Travel within your designated territory (must have car, insurance, and willing to travel often)
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new services, marketing strategies and in-store merchandising techniques
•Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
•Participate in evening and weekend promotions and assist with special events as needed
• Complete daily account visit reports, monthly expense reports and other surveys and reports as required

•Previously demonstrated successful sales/brand ambassador experience
•Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team oriented environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision
•Knowledge of cannabis industry, or exhibited dedication to immersing oneself in the industry
•Focused on attention to detail, taking initiative, and working in a positive working environment
•Engaging and persuasive presentation skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences
•Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to easily engage and build relationships with others
•Strong organizational and communication skills, both internally and with clients
•Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
•Ability to multi-task
•Reliable transportation
•Driver's license and strong driving record
•iPad user - NuOrder B2B order processing efficiency a plus
•Potential for up to 70% travel
•You are more than familiar with the cannabis industry and your region
•Background check will be conducted after conditional offer of employment is extended
